REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy 
MAYHM strives to provide high-quality boxing gloves and martial arts equipment. This Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds may be available.
2. Custom-Made Products – No Returns or Refunds
IMPORTANT NOTICE 
All custom-made, personalized, private-label, OEM, ODM, bespoke, or made-to-order products are manufactured according to customer specifications.
Under Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and applicable EU consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.
Accordingly:
No Return Policy
The following products cannot be returned:
  • Custom boxing gloves
  • Personalized gloves
  • Private label products
  • Products with customer logos
  • Custom color combinations
  • Bespoke club equipment
  • OEM products
  • ODM products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Customized packaging
No Refund Policy
Once production has started:
  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Production costs remain payable
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before production begins.
3. Standard Stock Products
For non-customized stock products purchased by consumers within the EU, the statutory withdrawal right may apply where legally required.
To qualify:
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must remain in original packaging
  • Product must be resalable
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:
  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs and order details.
  3. Allow us to investigate the claim.
If approved, we may:
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a partial or full refund where legally required
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Incorrect Orders 
If we have supplied an incorrect product due to our error, we will arrange replacement or another appropriate remedy.
6. Refund Processing 
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
