1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, requesting quotations, or engaging with MAYHM, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase products.

3. Products and Services
We manufacture and sell:
- Boxing gloves
- MMA equipment
- Martial arts equipment
- OEM manufacturing services
- ODM manufacturing services
- Private label products
- Customized sports equipment
Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly from final production.
4. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are non-binding until formally accepted.
Orders become binding once:
- Written confirmation is issued, or
- Payment is received and accepted
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to VAT, duties, shipping costs, and other charges unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed according to agreed terms.
For custom manufacturing projects:
- Deposits may be required
- Production may not begin until payment is received
- Deposits are non-refundable once production starts
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
7. Custom Orders
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Logo accuracy
- Artwork files
- Design specifications
- Product approvals
- Color selections
- Branding instructions
Approval of mockups, samples, or specifications constitutes authorization to proceed with production.
After approval and production commencement, orders cannot be canceled.
8. No Return / No Refund for Custom Products
Custom-made and personalized products are exempt from statutory withdrawal rights under applicable Swedish and EU consumer legislation.
Accordingly:
- No returns are accepted
- No exchanges are guaranteed
- No refunds are provided once production begins
except where required by mandatory law or where products are proven defective.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs procedures
- Freight carriers
- Government actions
- Force majeure events
- Supply chain disruptions
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery according to the agreed shipping terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
- Text
- Images
- Graphics
- Logos
- Product designs
- Marketing materials
is owned by MAYHM or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Customer Content
Customers warrant that logos, trademarks, artwork, and materials submitted for customization:
- Belong to them, or
- Are used with proper authorization
Customers indemnify MAYHM against claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAYHM shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Supplier failures
