AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICY

1. Introduction
This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the MAYHM Affiliate Program operated by MAYHM (“MAYHM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering as an affiliate, promoting MAYHM products, or using an affiliate coupon code provided by MAYHM, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements;
- Operate a legitimate website, social media account, business, gym, club, or marketing channel;
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
MAYHM reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Policy creates:
- An employment relationship;
- A partnership;
- A joint venture;
- An agency relationship; or
- A franchise relationship.
Affiliates are not authorized to make representations, warranties, or commitments on behalf of MAYHM.
4. Affiliate Coupon Codes and Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate coupon code (“Affiliate Code”) assigned by MAYHM.
Affiliates earn commissions when a customer successfully completes a qualifying purchase using the affiliate’s Affiliate Code during checkout.
The Affiliate Code must be entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Commissions cannot be applied retroactively to orders where the Affiliate Code was not used unless MAYHM expressly approves such adjustment.
Affiliates may promote their Affiliate Code through approved channels, including:
- Websites;
- Blogs;
- Social media platforms;
- YouTube channels;
- Email marketing campaigns (where legally permitted);
- Clubs and gyms;
- Events and sponsorships;
- Other approved promotional activities.
MAYHM reserves the right to verify all transactions and reject commissions arising from fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of this Policy.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases completed using their assigned Affiliate Code.
A qualifying purchase is an order that:
- Is successfully completed and paid in full;
- Uses the affiliate’s valid coupon code at checkout;
- Is not canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged back;
- Is not fraudulent or suspicious;
- Complies with this Policy.
Commission rates, bonus programs, payment thresholds, and incentive structures are determined solely by MAYHM and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Commissions are not paid on:
- VAT or taxes;
- Shipping charges;
- Customs duties;
- Canceled orders;
- Refunded transactions;
- Chargebacks;
- Fraudulent transactions;
- Orders generated through prohibited activities.
6. Payment Terms
Commission payments may be made monthly, quarterly, or according to the payment schedule established by MAYHM.
Affiliates may be required to provide:
- Full legal name;
- Company information (if applicable);
- Payment details;
- Tax documentation required by law.
MAYHM reserves the right to delay or withhold payments while verifying transactions, investigating suspicious activity, or ensuring compliance with this Policy.
Any bank fees, transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or taxes imposed by financial institutions are the responsibility of the affiliate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may promote MAYHM products and services using ethical and lawful marketing practices.
Affiliates must:
- Present products accurately;
- Avoid misleading or deceptive advertising;
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law;
- Comply with consumer protection, advertising, privacy, and marketing regulations;
- Respect intellectual property rights.
Affiliates are solely responsible for their own content, advertising, and promotional activities.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in any activity that could harm MAYHM, customers, or the integrity of the Affiliate Program.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Misrepresentation
- Making false or misleading claims about MAYHM products;
- Promising results not supported by MAYHM;
- Claiming official partnership or employment status without authorization.
Trademark Abuse
- Registering domains, usernames, or social media accounts that imitate MAYHM;
- Using MAYHM trademarks in a misleading manner;
- Bidding on MAYHM trademark terms in paid advertising without written permission.
Spam and Unsolicited Marketing
- Sending unsolicited emails;
- Posting spam comments;
- Using automated messaging systems unlawfully;
- Violating anti-spam laws.
Fraudulent Conduct
- Creating fake orders;
- Self-referrals for commission generation without authorization;
- Sharing misleading discount offers;
- Manipulating commission tracking;
- Using stolen payment methods;
- Engaging in click fraud, coupon abuse, or deceptive practices.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Intellectual Property
MAYHM grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use approved:
- Logos;
- Product images;
- Marketing materials;
- Promotional graphics;
- Brand assets.
Affiliates may not modify, alter, copy, sublicense, or create derivative works from MAYHM intellectual property without prior written permission.
All trademarks, copyrights, designs, and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of MAYHM.
10. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with MAYHM whenever required by applicable laws or regulations.
A suitable disclosure may state:
“I may earn a commission when purchases are made using my MAYHM affiliate coupon code.”
Failure to provide required disclosures may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Commission Adjustments
If an order associated with an Affiliate Code is:
- Refunded;
- Canceled;
- Charged back;
- Fraudulent;
- Invalid; or
- Otherwise reversed,
the corresponding commission may be withheld, reversed, deducted from future commissions, or canceled.
For custom-made, personalized, private-label, OEM, ODM, bespoke, or made-to-order products that are subject to MAYHM’s No Return / No Refund Policy, commissions become eligible once customer payment has been successfully received and the transaction has passed MAYHM’s verification procedures.
MAYHM reserves the right to adjust commission calculations to correct errors, investigate fraud, or ensure compliance with this Policy.
12. Program Modification
MAYHM reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates;
- Change payment schedules;
- Introduce or remove bonus programs;
- Amend eligibility requirements;
- Update marketing materials;
- Suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Program.
Updates become effective upon publication or notification to affiliates.
Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
MAYHM may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:
- Violates this Policy;
- Engages in fraudulent conduct;
- Damages MAYHM’s reputation;
- Misuses trademarks or intellectual property;
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Upon termination:
- Affiliate Codes may be deactivated;
- Promotional rights immediately cease;
- Marketing materials must be removed upon request;
- Outstanding commissions may be reviewed before payment.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAYHM shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits;
- Lost business opportunities;
- Indirect damages;
- Consequential damages;
- Technical interruptions;
- Tracking failures;
- System outages;
- Delays in commission processing.
The Affiliate Program is provided on an “as available” basis without any guarantee of earnings or performance.
15. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAYHM, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Affiliate misconduct;
- Policy violations;
- Breach of applicable laws;
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property;
- Misleading marketing activities.
